Morning Yoga
Our outdoor yoga shala greets you as you leave your room each morning, heading down to the main house. Our yogi is a wonderful woman who’s been teaching most of her adult life. You’ll find her classes designed with the body mechanics of surfing in mind, helping you open up your hips, strengthen your mind/body connection, and increase flexibility.
Functional fitness
We qualify our surfers by their skill level, and we do so through a series of functional fitness drills you’ll join on your first full day. We combine this with a survey of your surfing & athletic background to pair you with the best coach to help you succeed in your goals.
Breathwork
Our co-founder Marcel Oliviera has been trained as a free diver. You’ll get to experience this training in our breathwork class during your stay. The progression of the breath control to both heartrate and stress levels decreasing are all part of our program to introduce surfing as a holistic wellness experience.
Nutrition
Excellent nutrition is a critical part of our program as well. Everything you eat and drink while on the property is either grown by us, grown by a Costa Rican business, or sourced from a Costa Rican vendor. Almost everything you eat is crafted directly from organic whole foods by our incredibly talented kitchen staff.
