All of 7-day all-inclusive programs begin on a Saturday and end on Saturday.  If you have restrictive travel dates and would like to check on availability for an arrival or departure on dates other than our Saturday – Saturday, please reach-out and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule based upon our availability. 

The full package rate is due at the time of booking.  However, we offer the following generous cancelation and change policy, because we know that sometimes your travel plans need to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

Should you need to cancel 90 days prior to your arrival date, a 100% refund will be provided.

If you cancel 60 days prior to arrival, 50% of your rate will be refunded and 50% can be applied to a future reservation.  

If you need to cancel 30 days prior to arrival, 100% of your rate will be applied as a credit for future travel in the next 365 days.  The credit will expire 1 year from the date of cancelation, so please rebook early once you know your alternative dates. 

We love families, and welcome guests of all ages.   We do not charge for children under 4 years old who are traveling with their parents and staying in the same room.  Children under 4 do not receive surf lessons, yoga lessons, breathwork lessons, massage or ice baths.    Children 5 years old and above are welcome to participate in the full program and will be charged the same rate as adults.  Our bungalows are perfectly designed for families with two adjacent bungalows in each building, and our Casa Cielo King rooms are adjacent to double queen bedrooms on the same floor.
