SURF SYNERGY GUESTS ENJOY
From the airport to the waves and back home again, you’ll enjoy meticulous service at every level.
TRANSPORTATION
You’ll be picked up from San José Airport, or we can collect you from anywhere in Costa Rica and bring you to Jacó on the day marking the beginning of your retreat. While you’re with us, you also have access to our shuttle and one of our bicycles for getting around the area.
ACCOMMODATIONS
For most guests, this means Saturday to Saturday or Saturday to Wednesday at our retreat in Jacó. If you’ve designed a custom retreat package with us, you might have different arrival and departure dates design your custom retreat with us.
SURF COACHING
Depending on your itinerary, you’ll receive between 6 and 10 hours of surf coaching in the water as well as daily workshops designed to improve your surfing technique, your body awareness, flexibility, and intuition on and off the board. Read more about our coaches.
BREAKFAST, LUNCH, AND DINNER
Your meals are prepared with fresh ingredients; either grown or raised on our on-premises permaculture farm, or sourced locally. Our chefs will gladly create exquisite dishes that match your dietary requirements.
SURFING GEAR
We also provide you with everything necessary for an excellent surf session (besides your swimsuit of choice). Boards, leashes, rashguards, fins, wax, surf hats, and sunblock, already beachside the moment you arrive each day.
YOGA
Our Yogi has been working with surfers for years. Everything you experience in our yoga Shala is designed around optimizing the surfing experience and giving your body the space and training it needs to excel on the board. The fact that the views from our Shala are better than anywhere in town doesn’t hurt either.
MASSAGE
Surfing is physically demanding, no doubt about it. That’s why we offer massage therapy during your stay.
PHOTOS & VIDEOS
Not only do you receive same-day feedback on your surf technique both in the water and on video, we send you home with a huge digital album of photos cataloguing your stay. We also create a custom video showcasing your stay every single day you’re with us that you can share with your friends & family back home. See our daily videos on YouTube.
EXCURSIONS & ACTIVITIES
most of our programs offer a «day off» of surfing. What you do with that is up to you, and we’ve partnered with the best hospitality and tourism businesses in Jacó to give you options like sea canoeing, SUP, horseback riding, jungle and animal observation tours, and much more.
